Oven Baked BBQ

I miss grilling on the BBQ…just not possible here in my NYC apartment so I’m always looking for ways to get a similar result here in my small oven. I use my favorite, Kansas City Style BBQ sauce for all. Try KC Masterpiece or Trader’s Joe’s sells a great organic version.

BBQ COUNTRY-STYLE PORK RIBS:

  1. Place ribs in foiled lined pan
  2. Coat 1st side generously with BBQ sauce
  3. Bake for 30 mins
  4. Flip and coat 2nd side with sauce
  5. Bake for remaining 30 mins

Very tender…yum!
